Fairy Tail Chapter 321 Review/Rant - DAFUQ MAN !?!?

For the people who are not up-to-date with the Fairy Tail manga, I suggest you leave now, don't wanna spoil it for ya'll. If you don't care then...super! :p

***SPOILER***

So the chapter starts of with the current results of the guild tournament thing with:
  1. Saber Tooth:   55P
  2. Fairy Tail:       51P
  3. Lamia Scale:   50P

The first person we see is Millianna on the ground, feeling something weird on her back, which appears to be Lector, stuffed inside her shirt. Why isn't coming out and go to Sting? -3-

Next we go back to the fight of the awesome Laxus and Jura. The battle appears to be pretty epic if I may say, until...

Laxus quoted Natsu...by saying "I'm getting fired up!"
...
...
...
Really?

I like Natsu and all buuuut, that killed the moment for me to be honest...But, I can ignore that because...he's Laxus!

Next, it switches to Erza and Minerva's fight and it appears that Erza has a broken ankle. Turns out that Minerva has this magic that can change the space around her and can change whatever she sees, which sounds pretty cool UNTIL...Erza went all "I SAW THROUGH IT!"
...
...
...
When...?How...?

The wasn't the worst part: She tols Minerva that her anger is her guild's anger and BAM, she gets a Second Origin by...FRIENDSHIP POWER-UP !!!

Though I gotta admit, I do love her new armor..its awesome :P

Then it switches Grey & Juvia vs Lyon and...that little girl's name escape me at the moment... but for me, I actually liked this part. However, nothing much really happened, just shows Grey and Juvia getting closer and their confidence that they're gonna win cuz their teamwork is better than Lyon and shorty's teamwork.

It switches back to Laxus and Jura, who is getting super pwned ! Laxus wins and Fairy tail is in the lead with 56P. and that's it.

and all I got to say is:

What...the...hell...dude...seriously...!?

Look, I love Fairy Tail, I really do, but...the last few chapters was so...ugh... especially this one.

For the people who knows me personally, they know I love Laxus; he's my favorite character in ALL of Fairy Tail...but he, sadly, didn't save this chapter

The friendship power-up, Jura, being one of the 10 WIZARD SAINTS losing easily, and...Mavis...

Mavis...was...ANNOYING! She wouldn't shut up about the "youth" and all that "ish"

On a Scale of 1-5...I give this chapter...a 1...because Laxus is still the man...

Still love Laxus though ! and Erza too.

Wait! Since Laxus beat Jura, does he take his place as one of the 10 Wizard Saints !? That'll be awesome !!! :D

Bleach Chapter 529 Review - Aizen Playing Matchmaker !?!?

It's been awhile since I wrote a Bleach review! I think the last chapter I reviewed was chapter 518...I missed a lot O.O Well i'm back now ^___^

Like I said last time: If you're not up-to-date with the Bleach manga and don't want to be spoiled then I suggest you geeeeeeeeet ouuuuut ! It's for your own good. ;)

***SPOILERS***

BLEACH lately has finally confirm what we already know this past couple of weeks: Last week's chapter, its been confirmed that Ichigo's mom IS in fact a Quincy and This week, its confirmed that Isshin is a Shiba ! :D I even called it in my last Bleach review too. Even though it was kind of predictable, I got a little excited about it, more than I should have...xD

The chapter was pretty much a flashback chapter, which I don't mind, about Isshin's past. From what I gathered, it takes place after the Turn Back the Pendulum arc and about 20 years before the series. It showed that Isshin was the Captain of the 10th Division at the time with Rangiku Matsumoto as his Lieutenant and Toushiro Hitsugaya as his 3rd Seat.

I always thought that Isshin was part of the Zero Division since no one seemed to recognize him and the Kurosaki name before all of this, fuck me right ? However at times like these, i actually like the fact that I'm wrong since it make thing less predictable for me at least ^^;

At first, I thought that Rangiku was different here...seeing her running around looking for her captain just so they could get work done...seemed to have serious work ethic...and I wondered...

What happened to this Rangiku? Where did she go? Perhaps maybe she's lazy now due to missing her previous Captain? This Rangiku is rather nice...

...BUT all that went crumbling down when Isshin said that Rangiku is only doing that so he could do HER work too and Rangiku...looked guilty...once lazy, ALWAYS lazy...That Rangiku never existed...  -________-

One of the things I liked about this chapter was how they treated Toushiro xD They treated him like a baby ! With Isshin picking up and Rangiku pinching his cheeks like I do with my baby niece ! xD

Anyway, There have been reports of a Soul Reaper in this city called Narukishi has mysteriously died and so did two others. Isshin decides to go investigate it himself, ignoring Rangiku as she says that he shouldn't be going alone, only to be stopped by Toushiro by saying that they weren't strong enough and would only get in the way.

Now, this next part got me pumped up...yes you guessed...Gin, Kaname, and AIZEN ! :D
Apparently, the trio are trying to find the whereabouts of Shinji Hirako and the rest of the Vizards, so they can carry on with their Hollowfication experiment on them since it seems that other test subjects weren't a success.

Now i'm gonna be honest here, I missed these guys, especially Gin, since we had a bit of Aizen chapters ago with Juha Bach. Seeing them was a breath of fresh air, it took me back. This was defiently my favorite part of the chapter. :)

At the end of the chapter Aizen said his infamous "catchphrase" "Everything is going according to plan." (The one I read had a different translation FYI) and the time he told Ichigo that he knew about him BEFORE he was even born got me thinking...do you think he planned on Isshin and Masaki meeting each other ? Is he planing on them falling in love and having Ichigo just so could use him for his hollowfication experiment?

AIZEN IS PLAYING CUPID ! o___O

My prediction for next chapter...hmmm... I think we'll be seeing an Aizen vs Isshin fight, Other than the one from the Arrancar arc. If not next chapter, then the one after maybe. I think he'll might run into Urahara, who might probably be also investigating whats going on? Or he could already be settled in Karakura Town.

I do have some questions though...
  • Why doesn't Soul Society remember Isshin in the Arrancar/Fake Karakura arc when he went to fight Aizen?
  • Why didn't Rangiku remember him when Ichigo had him over his shoulder when he arrived during Gin's dying moments?
  • Did Aizen somehow wipe their memory of him?
  • Did the Captain Commander order them not to speak or mention abything about Isshin due to his relationship with a Quincy?
I highly doubt the last one since they would've tried to execute him for 'treason' or something if they found out about something like that.

Oh! Another thing I like about this chapter...backgrounds. Most bleach chapters looks so EMPTY due to lack of backgrounds drawn...it kinda bugs me a bit.. :\

But this chapter had plenty of them and I'm satisfied. ^___^

On a scale of 1 - 5 I rate this chapter a solid 5 ! Amazing chapter this week ! Looking forward to next week ! :D

Let me know what you think of this week's chapter ! I would love to hear your predictions and theories on whats coming next. :)

Till next time.

Naruto Chapter 623 Review - Hashirama & Madara = Romeo & Juliet ???

Alright, my first WRITTEN Naruto chapter review ! :D I always wanted to do this for a while, but I never had the time to. Anyway, lets get to the review shall we? Oh and if you haven't been up-to-date with the Naruto manga or read it at all and ONLY watch the anime, get out. I don't want to spoil anything for you guys. but if you don;t care then read on I guess :P

***SPOILER***
...

Okay, I'm going to do a run down on the chapter for those who hasn't read and to refresh others minds. THEN, I'll get to the review.  For those who don't need this rundown, you can scroll down until you see a green END, ya know, just to save you guys the time.

Basically the chapter starts off with Hashirama and Madara doing their whole buddy-buddy thing like in the last chapter: Madara poking fun at Hashirama, this time about the way he looks, Hashirama sulking, sparing with each other, and sharing hopes & dreams of living in a world where children won't have to go through war.
Then one day, Hashirama wanted he and Madara to master a new move that he created...with the mane that is quite a mouthful: The Mega Fist of Fiery Illusion Shuriken Slicer Double Impact Jutsu! I get a head just by reading it... @___@'''

                                                                            That lil sneak...

But instead, Madara suggest they do something else, by climbing on the cliff to work on their upper body strength. Hashirama, being a sneaky kid, 'sulks' and ran up the cliff while Madara berates him. Cheater ! xD
Eventually they both get to the top...

...on what it appears to be the (future) Hokage Mountain...face thing.

Amazed by the view, Madara suggested that they have a contest on who can see better, almost revealing that he has the Sharingan, to which he quickly took back. He then went on to say that he only had one other brother (Izuna) and promising to himself that he will protect him at all cost, since he lost his other brothers.

Hashirama then shares his ideas on building a village, with an academy, missions that are best suited for their skills and all that is Konoha today. and Madara couldn't agree more.

They later skip rocks again, both being on the opposite sides of the river, and decided to hold on to each others rock until their next meeting.

Back at home, Hashirama's father, who's name escapes me for the moment, told Hashirama that he was fully aware that he was meeting with someone thanks to Tobirama, who followed him after being suspicious on where he is always off to. There, his father revealed to him that Madara is an Uchiha, a fact that Hashirama had already suspected. Being the best dad ever, he ordered Hashirama to gather intel from Madara and to KILL him if he gets suspicious...dafuq dude !? He also mentions that he'll be watching him.

The next day at the river, Madara announced that skipping rocks will be how they'll greet from now on. As they cought each other rocks, they see messages that they wrote on the rocks to each other, warning each other to "RUN" and "LEAVE NOW. ITS A TRAP." Madara then makes an excuse to leave and as they both quickly go their separate ways...BOOM, their fathers and little brothers shows up, knowing this would happen and gets ready to fight each other. and that's it.

END

Personally, I gotta say that this chapter was pretty good, certainly better than the last chapter. Don't get me wrong, I liked the last chapter too, but it didn't really excite me like this one did. Though I will admit,

The beginning of the the chapter started out a little slow for me, since I already know that Hashirama and Madara are buddies and what not. We already know that they want a place where no children won't have to suffer they have and they end their day skipping rocks.

Now the most interesting part, at least for me, starts to begin. Seeing as though Tobirama kinda gave me that 'douche bag' vibe when he started talking about the Uchihas a few chapters ago, I knew he was gonna ruin the "beautifulness of that which is Hashirama/Madara friendship' by being his asshole father's spy. Tobirama is a good boy. But that's understandable I guess...the little ones are always the most loyal to the parents.

At the end of this chapter, where both fathers and little brothers popped outta nowhere after Madara & Hashirama failing to do what they're told, which was to get intel and kill each other... strangely reminded me of Romeo and Juliet, or in this case, Romeo and ...Jules. o__O

Leave them alone dammit ! >.<

My predictions for next chapter...I think that both fathers are going to die by each others hand, seeing as though they probably won't listen to their sons if they try to convince them to stop and intervene. Could I be wrong? Well yea xD but that's what I think at the moment.

I don't see Izuna dying, cuz well, c'mon...wasn't he older when he died? Speaking of Izuna, didn't he remind you of a young Sasuke ? He looked adorable to me :P I would love to see more interaction between Izuna and Tobirama though ! I could see them arguing on which older brother is better xD

My favorite part of this chapter: The messages on the rocks. To me, that was genius :D

On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate this chapter a 4, since to me, it had a slow beginning.

Wahhh no Naruto next week... T^T

Let me know what you think, I would love to hear about your thoughts on this chapter and your prediction too ! :)

Reviews Galore !!!

I'm a fail...again, I forgot to post up anything here ! If only I had a laptop, then I wouldn't have this problem =3=

Anyway, sometime later today, I will be posting a review on the lastest Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, and maybe On Piece chapter ! :D

I don't think I will do ALL of them in one day, however, I'm gonna try. But don't worry, if I don't get to all of them today, then I'll to the rest of them tomorrow !

I'm also thinking of doing some Walking Dead episode reviews. I know its late in the season and all BUT sadly no one in my house likes the Walking Dead and all my friends who watching are far behind...Season 2 behind...I gotta talk to somebody about this, ya know ? and then I thought...I have you guys ! :D

So yea, get ready for those reviews !
